The Villa

The property consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 double bed en-suites and 1 twin bed en-suite. Master bedroom in the entrance floor and three bedrooms en-suite downstairs. The entrance floor master bedroom has patio doors leading on to the front terrace. Bedroom 2 on the ground floor has patio doors leading to the garden.

The large kitchen is fully equipped, the open plan lounge and dining room are on a split level, further enhancing this superb house. The swimming pool is of a good size and has walk in steps making it suitable for young and old alike.

There is also a terrace and gardens, built in BBQ and plenty of sun lounges and patio furniture.

Bedrooms:
Master bedroom with super king bed, patio doors leading to a terrace.
Bedroom 2 with king size bed.
Bedroom 3 with king size bed, patio doors leading onto the garden.
Bedroom 4 with twin beds.
All bedrooms with en-suite.

Kitchen/Utility Room:
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, toaster, coffee machine. The dining area with table and chairs is open plan and leads into the lounge area. The utility room is on the lower level of the villa and includes washing machine, sink, fridge and microwave.

Living Room & Dining Area:
Large open plan living room with satellite TV, two big and comfortable sofas, and armchair.

Outside:
The well kept garden surround the villa, the lounge leads onto the private pool for sole use of the villa. There is a built in BBQ with running water alongside. There is table and chairs for alfresco dining and plenty of sun loungers.

Cleaning/Towels:
All linen and towels (plus pool towels) are included in the price. There is a weekly maid service which includes a change of linen and towels.
